Birthday Brunch With The Girls!

“Brunch is always a good idea”

Covid-19 has definitely impacted the world we once knew. Many celebratory moments have been cancelled such as graduations, weddings, vacations and even birthdays for some.
I had the pleasure of having a few days off, including my 24th birthday before heading back to the friendly skies. Majority of them were spent on quarantine and I said to myself, “I need a mimosa.”

The state of Texas began to open some restaurants for dine in and I was excited. Friends and family back home were worried that it was too soon to go out during this pandemic, but as a flight attendant I can honestly say I’ve seen and been around worst. So, my girls and I met at Townhouse Brunch, in Coleyville, TX and had a ball!

The food was delicious and the mimosas were even better. We felt like fools bringing disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer to a restaurant but this is the “new normal” for the world.
I suggest if you feel comfortable staying inside, then please do so, but for others continue to stay healthy and protect yourself. Moments like this you treasure and hopefully soon we’ll all be out to brunch with the girls.
