Come With Me To Hawaii’s North Shore
Hawaii has quickly become one of my favorite travel spots for food, culture and its natural beauty.
Waking up to the smell of salt water and musubi is top tier!
I stayed at a Hilton hotel and the view was pretty amazing.
The North Shore is about a 45 minute drive from Honolulu and the waves are absolutely worth the drive!
Our drive consisted of a breathtaking view of mountains, trees and a few friendly animals in passing.
My favorite view of this scenic route was the Dole Plantation where pineapples are grown. The plantation apparently has the worlds largest maze.
We didn’t stop at the plantation because we wanted to spend much of our time on the beach.
The plantation has become quite the tourist attraction amongst families when visiting Hawaii.
If you aren’t a confident swimmer I suggest taking it easy at the North Shore because the tide comes in pretty high.
The water feels amazing and I couldn’t miss out on she opportunity to get a photo shot in the one of my favorite places on earth.
Beat advice would be to arrive early to find parking right near the beach. Leave when traffic has slowed down and dispose of any rubbish properly.
Bring lots to drink, sunscreen and reapply. Eat before or pack something inside of a cooler.
We finished our day by heading back to Honolulu where we enjoy some Marukame Udon, which was absolutely amazing.
It is always packed but definitely worth the wait.
