When in Rome!

Imagine you are stepping off an international flight to Naples and you are running off of three hours of sleep, but somehow managed to make it to Rome.

Standing in the Piazza del Quiinale where the royal family resided in 1573.

There’s nothing I enjoy more than being spontaneous while traveling.

This trip I thought I may have pushed myself a bit too far with such short rest, but the gelato was worth it!

The goal of this trip was to see the famous Trevi Fountain and make a wish!

Fun Fact!

It is illegal to take coins from the Trevi Fountain.

We did just that, and so much more!

My favorite part about this spontaneous trip was visiting The Vatican.

Enrich with so much history, you must take a second to be present within the moment.

A independent state within Rome. The smallest state in the world by land and population.

Just a few hours in Rome and we accomplished so much sightseeing.

Day trips that are random usually hold the most memorable memories and I can’t wait to return.

I don’t believe any Italy trip is complete to Italy without pasta and wine!
